How inquiry information is used

When you contact Loudoun Mobile Autopflege or submit the “Show Us Your Vehicle” form, you may provide contact details, vehicle information, a description of your concern, and vehicle photographs. This notice explains the limited purpose of that information.

Information you provide

Inquiry information can include your name, mobile number, ZIP code, vehicle year/make/model, service concerns, photographs, and any additional details you choose to submit.

How the information is used

The information is used to review your request, understand the vehicle’s apparent condition, recommend an appropriate next step, respond by call or text, coordinate service, and maintain records related to the request or appointment.

Vehicle photographs

Submitted photographs are used for assessment and service coordination. They are not published in galleries, marketing, social media, or case studies without separate permission.

Website and scheduling providers

The website and inquiry form are hosted through Squarespace. Appointment scheduling and reservation payments are handled through Acuity Scheduling/Squarespace Scheduling. Information submitted through those services is also subject to the provider’s applicable privacy and security practices.

Your choices

Do not upload financial documents, identification documents, or unrelated personal information. To ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw an inquiry, contact Dan at Dan@LoudounMobileAutopflege.com or (571) 373-1963.
